Stage d'Assistant Consultant

Researcher (M/F) to assist in strategy consulting and executive search for its prestigious international clients.

Mission: Research, identification, follow up, sector expertise and knowledge building.

Span of Control: He/she will work closely with the Founder as well as with the Clients and Candidates. His/her activity consists of:
1... Feeding the overall perspective of the Cabinet on the sector and its future. Follow trends and anticipate the evolution of Fashion, Luxury, Media and Creative Industries. Identify the most up-to-date solutions for Design Management, Marketing, Communication and Merchandising in a drastically evolving environment.
2... Identify, Select and Contact potential international Clients and assess their needs.
3. . Identify, Assess, Select and Present Talents and Candidates
4. Follow up current assignments, be the link between the Client and Candidates (face-to-face, by phone, by e-mail, etc.) as a support and in coordination with the Founder. Manage the administrative files.
5... Additional responsibilities
· « Feed » the database by coding and integrating market information collected daily.
· Create with the Agency m-O’s website, communication documents, work on its positioning
· Participate in the documentation of each sector covered.
· Ensure the preparation of the Prospects Files.
· Raise ideas to generate future Clients.
· Manage the organization of the office.
· Ensure the reception and handling of phone calls.
Profile:
Education : Business or Higher education, University or Management College, Creative or Design Background
Languages : Fluent French and English. Italian, German and/or Spanish would be a plus.
